Secure FTP issues for data feed uploads

We have become aware of an operating system issue (outside of customer's shopping cart software) that is currently preventing Ozcart websites from making secure connections via FTP to any remote server. You can still process data feed updates for servers that accept only standard FTP, but if secure connection processing is available or required, the FTP upload may fail reporting that it cannot connect, or connect to the server making a remote file of 0 bytes in length.

At the current time there is no fix for this issue available, because the problem is part of the web server's operating system and affects multiple hosting providers worldwide.

When the operating system is updated to allow these secure connections to work again, we will update this message. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused but customers will not be able to use FTP uploads from admin tp update data feeds. What you will need to do is download your data feed and manually upload it via FTP to your remote website.
