Paypal have made changes to their security protocols used to communicate with their servers for Paypal Express. v4 and v3 customers are unaffected, v2 customers using Paypal have had updates applied to your sites.
If you are on the v2 platform and accept payments by Paypal we recommend completing a test order through your checkout using Paypal and if you get a "handshake error" message, please submit a ticket to Support.
