Ozcart staff currently take care of hosting, security, updates & bug fixing, new feature additions, and the technology, but we wanted to go further and offer you a bit of help in setting up and in improving your online stores.
We now offer website personalisation for Standard and Plus plans.
This new service is free and is already included in your monthly cost. If you are part of our Plus plan, you get more customization and benefits. Please note that this is on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Here’s a short description of what each plan includes:
Standard plans
Basic free customization can be requested via support ticket and includes, but is not limited to:
- Product pricing changes (up to 20 products).
- Category name changes (up to 20 categories).
- Hours of operation changes.
- Text update on certain pages.
- Product & Category removal.
- Banner changes.
- Colour changes for normal & hover links.
- Header and footer menu links setup (up to 5).
- Provide CSS for small styling changes.
- Advice for improving your website.
Plus plans
Advanced free customization is a more personalised service than the Basic model and can be requested via support ticket. It includes, but is not limited to:
Everything the Standard plan includes, plus:
- Section/row colour changes and size adjustment.
- Text/image alignment.
- Row and multiple columns setup.
- Create 2 new sections that have alternating text and images.
- Help setting up a unique page.
- Logo and image cropping and compression.
- Header and footer menu links setup (up to 15).
- Apply CSS for small to medium styling changes.
- Advice for improving your website.
- And other similar tasks.
