When you purchase a hosting package you may not be able to log in immediately, because the domain has not yet been processed by the domain registrar and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Domain names can take up to 48 hours to register and propagate.
If you are still having trouble, try flushing the DNS cache in Microsoft Windows
In Microsoft Windows, you can use the command ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS resolver cache.
1. Open a Command prompt by going to the START menu and typing CMD, then type:
C:\>ipconfig /flushdns
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
You can also use the command ipconfig /displaydns to view the DNS resolver cache.
