If you're selling your site to a new owner, there are 2 steps.

Contact us about:

  1. Change ownership of the domain name (if your domain is registered through us).
  2. Transfer ownership to the new owner.

You will also need to change the name, phone number, email and all other information in our client area to that of the new owner.

We recommend new customers upgrade to our latest Ozcart software and also recommend that you train the new owner about how to use your shopping cart.
