To load a new credit card on file, you need to do the following:
1. Go to https://client.ozcart.com/clientarea.php
2. Log in with your billing area username (your BILLING email address) and your chosen billing password
3. From the menus across the top choose Billing > Manage Credit Card.
You can then update the card on file so it can be charged. This will prevent disruption to your monthly cart service if you have an overdue invoice.
