If you have an order that goes through checkout and gets redirected to PayPal, but the buyer crosses off their browser without returning to your store, what happens?

Fortunately, Ozcart captures orders before transferring them over to the payment gateway, so you'll still see an order in your order list. Instructions are also sent over to PayPal to send the order details back. So, provided PayPal's servers send this information through, you would not need to do anything and the order would get automatically updated. If it doesn't get automatically updated, you can simply go to Orders > View Orders, click into the customer and then manually change the order status to paid.
