When you purchase a hosting package you may not be able to log in immediately, because the domain has not yet been processed by the domain registrar and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Domain names can take up to 48 hours to register and propagate.
In most cases, you can log in to your cPanel and FTP with the following until the domain has registered and propagated.

Password:
cPanel:
URL: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/cpanel
Username:
Password:
where xx.xx.xx.xx is the address of your server. Ask us which server your site is on by submitting a ticket.
To view your website go to: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~your_user_name/
Don't forget the ~ character or it will not work.
Note: Ecommerce customers cannot use this method. This functionality has been disabled on the ecommerce servers to attain PCI compliance in this environment.
If you have an SSL certificate on your site, you will have a separate IP address which will be found in your welcome email. Your IP is located in your welcome email.
Please also don't forget the ~ or the trailing /
