If you have paid by bank transfer but still get an overdue notice, this is because your payment is not processed in the billing system until after the money clears in our account. To avoid getting overdue notices, please pay earlier than your due date.
Please also note that the accounts team do not process payments in your billing account during weekends. So, to avoid getting overdue notices in weekends, please pay prior to the end of the working week.
