SSL Certificate Renewals Print

Some customers' SSL certificates automatically renew, and others do not. If you are not sure about yours, please ask us by submitting a ticket.

It's your responsibility to check your certificate and tell us if you wish to renew it. Renewals are completed by us manually after payments are received. You can check this by logging in to your client area.

We do not generally send out renewal notices because not all customers choose to use a payment method requiring SSL. Customers who have an SSL renewal section in their welcome mails do have a package that does automatically renew.

SSL is highly recommended for all websites even if it isn't technically required for your payment method because not all end-customers understand the ins and outs of security and think your site isn't as secure if you don't have it.

Also, Google and perhaps other search engines now officially rank websites that have SSL higher than websites who do not have SSL.
