To set up an email address for your Ozcart store, please submit a support ticket. The technical support team would be glad to help you.
Once your email address is set up for you, you can go to the "Email Settings" menu from the "Setup/Store Settings/General Settings" menu and enter the email addresses you have set up under the relevant sections.
