Because your domain name has recently changed its nameservers, it is most likely a propagation issue. You need to allow 24-48 hours for the domain name to propagate on the new servers. This is outside of our control and has nothing to do with your site itself. Until the domain name propagates, email server requests could be looking at the old nameservers or the new nameservers interchangeably and getting confused.

If you are having trouble, try:

1. Waiting 24-48 hours

2. Flushing your DNS cache

3. Setting the incoming and outgoing mail servers to be the IP address of your site instead of mail.yourdomainname.com.au. If you are unsure, just ask us.
