Ozcart is a hosted solution that includes email services for some clients for POP3, SMTP and IMAP. Our support includes ensuring these services are running and helping you resolve email send/receive issues where the problem is caused at the server end.

We cannot provide support for your desktop email clients (e.g., Outlook, Live Mail, iPhone, etc.) as there are a number of scenarios and possibilities why emails cannot be sent (e.g. anti virus software, conflicting software installed on your computer, problems with your modem/router, port blocking/firewall issues, etc.).

The best we can do is ensure that we can provide details on the settings that need to be configured and test download/send emails from your problematic account so you can rule out a server problem in your troubleshooting. We provide some basic tutorials on setting up email on common email systems but do not provide detailed guidance on these systems. You'll need to contact the support teams for the email client software you are using for more information.
